I'm an Author and Management Development Trainer with thirty years experience of training design and delivery.
My passion for delivering Management Development skills into a diverse range of cultures, industries and countries has taken me across Europe, Middle East, Asia, Russia and South Pacific.
I began my career in sales and distribution, managing sales teams across many continents and cultures. Whilst working for Xerox I achieved the most senior operational post for a woman in Europe. Working through interpreters I've run training programmes in war-torn territories, military cultures and communist republics.
I'm a Master Practitioner of NLP, an NLP Coach and TEFL qualified.
