As part of the recent research and reports undertaken by the LSIP team, we’re excited to announce two upcoming events on Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) and Neurodiversity in work. The second event will focus on how businesses can unlock the talent of neurodiverse individuals and people with learning difficulties.
This event will focus on how businesses can unlock the talent of neurodivergent individuals and people with learning difficulties.
The event will be an opportunity to hear about the key findings of this project, hear from local employers about their experiences hiring neurodiverse talent, as well as hear from neurodivergent individuals’ employment journeys, and participate in a workshop about creating inclusive workplaces within your business.
There will also be an expert panel of local support organisations, discussing how to address barriers to employment for neurodiverse individuals, success stories and innovative solutions. The panel will include Little Gate, Joyfully Different and Genius Within.
There will also be plenty of opportunity to network over lunch.
