Transitioning from an operational role to a supervisory or Team leader role can be one of the most difficult things you can do. You are no longer responsible for just your own performance but also now of others. How do you lead those who were yesterday your ‘mates’ and today now work with you; or people who are older and more experienced than you.

This course will support supervisors, both new and experienced who have made that first step into management, to focus on how to successfully lead their teams (rather than just keeping their heads down and trying to do most of the work themselves).

You will also enjoy nourishing refreshments and a delicious lunch to keep you energised all day!
