As part of the recent research and reports undertaken by the LSIP team, we’re excited to announce two upcoming events on Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) and Neurodiversity in work. The first of these will focus on how businesses can recruit and retain a diverse workforce.
The event will be an opportunity to hear about the key findings of this project, hear from local employers about their inclusive employer journeys and a get involved in a workshop about implementing EDI strategies within your business.
There will also be an expert panel of local support organisations, exploring how EDI contributes to business success.
There will also be plenty of opportunity to network over lunch
