Emmanuel has 20 years’ experience working worldwide training, auditing and implementing best practice methods in project and quality management.
Since the EU-Exit talks began, he has concentrated on the changing requirements of international trade with a particular focus on Customs Clearance, including Customs Declarations and Transit.
Emmanuel has been involved in creating and implementing the ChamberCustoms service, implementing its systems and quality framework, testing and implementing CDS solutions and training customs agents on using CHIEF and CDS.

Víctor is Co-Founder and CEO of Carbon Glance, a UK-based company that provides digital solutions to help EU importers and operators of non-EU production plants comply with their CBAM-related obligations.
He holds a master's degree in Energy and Climate Law from the University of Groningen (Netherlands) and an MSc in Climate Change Finance and Investment from the University of Edinburgh Business School.
He has been featured as one of the fintech voices on FinTech-Tables and selected as a Young Climate Innovator by Innovate4Climate. Before embarking on his entrepreneurial journey, Víctor was a trainee at the European Investment Fund (EIF), where he had the chance to contribute to the EIB Group climate and environment mission.

Liam is the Director of Trade Facilitation at the British Chambers of Commerce (BCC). He is responsible for the delivery of trade facilitation services across the UK Chamber Network and engages with the Government on matters related to future trade policy. He represents the Chamber Network on various Government working groups, contributes to consultations and is the BCC delegate to the International Chambers of Commerce (ICC) Technical Committee on Origin.
More recently he has led the development of a new customs clearance, training and consultancy service being delivered through our Chamber Network. ChamberCustoms is the first UK Customs Broker to offer clearance of goods through every inventory-linked port in the United Kingdom offering traders high standards of assurance and compliance in moving goods across the UK border.
Prior to joining the BCC in 2017, Liam was Deputy CEO at Aberdeen & Grampian Chamber of Commerce where he led several trade missions to Mexico, Iran and East Africa. He has also held several commercial and non-executive roles in the media and retail sectors.
