Andrew Grosvenor
Andrew began his career in the outdoors industry, working at a residential outdoor adventure site where he taught and guided children aged 6-16 in various adventure sports. After seven years in this role, Andrew joined Wave Active as an Operations Manager. He then established and led the training department as a dedicated Training Manager. Andrew has delivered courses for over a decade and brings his passion for education to every course.

Anna Golawski
Anna Golawski is a highly effective, post-graduate qualified coach and facilitator who works predominantly with leaders and managers in both the private and public sectors.
Anna is particularly interested in helping organisations and their employees to better manage stress and performance in the workplace. She works with a range or charity and private sector clients, such as FatFace, Sightsavers, Martlets, CitiBank, Oracle, Capita Symonds, and Ricardo to name a few.
Anna specialises in training and coaching in mental toughness and resilience and, with the help of a “Mental Toughness” psychometric tool, she is able to identify stress-points and challenges affecting organisations and individuals. Conrad Potts
