Owen Collar is a seasoned cyber security professional with over 26 years of experience. Specializing in operating systems, network infrastructure, and cyber security, Owen has a strong background in developing and implementing robust security solutions. He holds several prestigious qualifications, including GCHQ & NCSC Recognised Cyber Scheme Team Member, and has extensive experience in GDPR assessment, Cyber Essentials, and technical cyber auditing.
Currently, Owen serves as the Director of Cyber Security Services at inTEC GROUP, where he has been instrumental in establishing the company as a leading IASME Certification Body. His previous roles include Group Head of Cyber Security Audit at inTEC and Technical Director at Miller Waite Limited, where he led technical teams and implemented advanced security measures.
Owen is proficient in multiple operating systems and has a proven track record in leadership, strategic thinking, and risk management. He is committed to staying at the forefront of technology to provide top-notch cyber security solutions
Conrad is an author, facilitator and inspirational speaker and an expert in Leadership & Management, Coaching & Team building. He has 35 years’ experience in training and development across many cultures and industries.
Trained as an industrial psychologist Conrad has managed long term projects for the United Nations and is a qualified psychometrics Test Designer. He has managed consultants and managers at all levels of organisations both in the UK, Europe, Asia and South Pacific, in both Private & Public sectors.
Conrad has been a resident counsellor on numerous T.V programmes and has appeared in a number of training videos.
I'm an Author and Management Development Trainer with thirty years experience of training design and delivery.
My passion for delivering Management Development skills into a diverse range of cultures, industries and countries has taken me across Europe, Middle East, Asia, Russia and South Pacific.
I began my career in sales and distribution, managing sales teams across many continents and cultures. Whilst working for Xerox I achieved the most senior operational post for a woman in Europe. Working through interpreters I've run training programmes in war-torn territories, military cultures and communist republics.
I'm a Master Practitioner of NLP, an NLP Coach and TEFL qualified.
David has over 30 years’ experience of developing and leading learning & projects to ensure effective business strategy implementation through people.
This practice has been developed with daily experience working both as a salesperson and a sales leader.
He offers high levels of commercial acumen gained through practical experience, especially in Sales & Business development and team leadership. This means that he can link learning to everyday business reality and ensure that learning delivers results both for individual learners and their businesses.

She has more than 18 years of experience in marketing and business development and also understands the pressure of being a business owner. This makes her uniquely placed to ensure you can connect the dots between your marketing and sales efforts and encourage both teams to work better together.
Melanie has trained more than 100 Sussex-based business owners, 92% of whom said they would rebook. She is passionate about delivering training that is a mixture of practical information, discussion, and action-based training, ensuring you leave the sessions understanding the actions you needs to take.
Andrew began his career in the outdoors industry, working at a residential outdoor adventure site where he taught and guided children aged 6-16 in various adventure sports. After seven years in this role, Andrew joined Wave Active as an Operations Manager. He then established and led the training department as a dedicated Training Manager. Andrew has delivered courses for over a decade and brings his passion for education to every course.
