ABOUT OUR EASTBOURNE CAMPUS
Eastbourne was recently named one of the best seaside towns in England by Condé Nast Traveller, and is where you will find our largest campus, home to several specialist buildings including the Construction & Engineering workshops, Art & Photography studios, Motor Vehicle workshops and dedicated Catering & Hospitality and Hair, Beauty & Complementary Therapies centres.
ABOUT OUR LEWES CAMPUS
Situated in the heart of Lewes town, with its eclectic shops and cafes, this campus is home to specialist facilities including state of the art Science labs; stunning Photography, Art & Dance studios; sports fields and dedicated Hair, Beauty & Complementary Therapy salons.
Our Station Plaza campus is an impressive five storey building crammed with unique facilities and classroom spaces.
It is home to our A-Level courses and a whole range of vocational diplomas including Art and Design, Beauty, Business, Hair, Health and Social Care, Hospitality and Catering, Public Services, Sport, and Travel.
Marine Workshops
We are excited to be delivering courses at the former UTC@harbourside site in Newhaven (now called the Marine Workshops). These include brand new Marine courses and Creative Media Production courses at Level 2 and 3. Located right on the riverside, in the revamped marina development, this is the perfect location to explore the best of Newhaven around your studies.
The Marine Workshops are fully equipped to aid your studies in this fascinating subject area. If you choose to pursue a Creative Media course, you also benefit from modern facilities and the latest technology to help you excel during your studies.
The East Sussex College Training Hub in partnership with OHM Energy.
We are offering a range of fully accredited training courses from our dedicated training facility in Eastbourne. Our innovative and forward-thinking courses have been designed to upskill and provide the resources to support a more sustainable future.
Over the next 30 years, we must decarbonise over 27 million homes in the UK. That means reducing the amount of C02 emitted from those properties by installing insulation, building services and renewable energy systems at a scale and pace never seen before.
This unprecedented challenge will require the retaining of skilled trades and professionals to install domestic green energy solutions and ensure that houses and commercial properties are sufficiently insulated to ensure these new technologies work effectively and efficiently.
Our new specialist Training Hub in greener technologies supports local authorities, businesses, construction employers and homeowners to improve insulation and install green energy products ranging from solar, and micro-wind installations to house-refitting and heat pump technology, in both commercial properties and housing reducing energy consumption.
