Introduction
The Sussex Chamber is excited to introduce a Rising Leader Coaching Programme, designed in collaboration with Merceric Coaching. This initiative supports newly promoted supervisors and junior managers who are stepping into leadership roles, helping them navigate their new responsibilities with confidence.
This programme consists of:
✅ 1-to-1 Coaching Sessions – Personalised executive coaching tailored to rising leaders.
✅ 6 coaching sessions – 90 minutes per session either face-to-face or online
