Mustak Miah has been elected to Burgess Hill Town Council in the Dunstall Ward.
A by-election was held on Thursday 7 April 2022 to fill a vacancy on Burgess Hill Town Council following the disqualification of Councillor Emma Coe-Gunnell White.
The election results for the Burgess Hill Town Council Dunstall Ward by-election are as follows:
Gail Patricia ANDERSON (Green Party) – 121 votes
Pamela HAIGH (Labour Party) – 35 votes
Mustak MIAH (The Conservative Party Candidate) – 270 votes – ELECTED
Peter Donald WILLIAMS (Liberal Democrats) – 237 votes
The total number of votes cast in the Burgess Hill Town Council Dunstall Ward by-election was 666. There were 3 rejected ballot papers and the turnout was 32.4%.
