Eastbourne Holiday company to invest in restaurant and gym with support from Barclays
Madryn Limited, with an aparthotel as Congress Apartments and Grande Apartments, has moved their banking to Barclays and secured a banking facility that will allow them to invest in their holiday accommodation in Eastbourne.
Since purchasing the apartments in 2015, the company has invested in a number of improvements and now has new plans to build a new restaurant and gym at the back of the buildings.
The 82 serviced apartments with short stay in Carlisle Road, are used by people requiring accommodation for weekend breaks, theatre goers, business people and English language students and are in easy walking distance of the town centre.
Sarita Tuli, Managing Director, Madryn Limited, said: “Barclays’ support has enabled us to build a brand-new restaurant and gym at the rear of the hotel. The developments, once completed, will enhance the experience of our guests who stay in our apartments when visiting this beautiful coastal town for shopping and leisure.”
Tony Forster, Relationship Director, Barclays Business Banking said: “I have worked closely with our Business Development Manager, Keith Obee, to support this new customer who is looking to further enhance the facilities available to guests who are looking to visit this beautiful coastal town.”
