Rap Interiors Creates Stunning Commercial Office

Brighton office fit out company Rap Interiors recently carried out fit out works at a commercial office building in Dartford, Kent. The workspace, located in the Riverbridge House building at the Crossways Business Park, required a CAT B fit out to ensure the space was habitable for incoming tenants.

In order to fulfil the client’s remit, Rap created a number of spaces within the office. These included a reception, breakout area, kitchenette and general workspace for employees.

Key features of the design include two Crittall glass meeting rooms, a reception desk with a motion-sensor LED light, a tea point for food preparation, and a carpet with a coarse stone and pebble aesthetic. Furthermore, Rap procured and installed a range of office furniture solutions, including workstations with integrated power, inviting dining chairs and tables, and storage solutions with internal plant holders.

Through working with Rap Interiors’ dedicated workspace design and build team, the landlord at Riverbridge House now has a state-of-the-art office space ready for new tenants.
